This week Jill, Elliana and I spent a delightful day with my sister, Donna, and Mum came to visit as well.
Donna owns lots of different animals. But she is mainly a 'horse and dog' kinda girl. It is always great to catch up with her. Both she and Mum hadn't seen Ellie for a while, and were amazed at how much she had grown.
Ellie loved meeting the horses, dogs, cockatoo, chooks and guinea fowl. The largeness of the horses and dogs was a bit too much for her to get too close, but she enjoyed them none the less.
The guinea fowl and chooks were more approachable, as far as Ellie was concerned. Though the chooks didn't want too close a visit, and would scurry off into the bougainvillia for cover, until it was all clear to venture back out.
