At low tide, we found some beautiful 'sea thingys' in the shallow rock pools. On the ocean side of the mossy rock edge, the waves crashed with spectacular splashes. We were all actually looking in the right direction, when a 'freak wave' crashed over Jill as she stood near the edge, and were all able to witness her being drenched! It was funny. And luckily, Josh was holding the camera, or it would have gotten wet too.
We found an excellent children's playground by the water, with it's own protected little beach, where Josh and Jill shouted us a meal of seafood from the fishing co-op. The day ended well, with a visit from some easter bunnies, as we sat in the park by the water.
