Whew. Had a fully packed last couple of weeks. We had Josh, Jill and Elliana, along with their pets, Oliver and Lily, staying with us for a week. They were all in the process of moving house. When we do this, it is best for everyone if John and I just camp out in the lounge room on a mattress on the floor, and the others all cram into our bedroom. It is quite a large bedroom with an ensuite and room for a porta-cot, so it works out better for all concerned. It really is no bother sleeping out in the lounge room, for us, and the mattress is very comfortable to lounge around on throughout the day. It was wonderful having Ellie wander into the room to greet us in the mornings. She is such a delight.

It was wonderful having Elliana all to myself, as Jill was busy with packing up her belongings for the move.
I took Ellie for a stroll to the lake at Lakewood. She made sure she was well dressed for the occasion.
